🍴 Cooking with the Masters Program
🍴 Cooking with the Masters Program
At MasterMine University, we believe food is more than just nourishment—it’s culture, creativity, and a life skill every child should master. That’s why we’ve partnered with Chefs Antoine Reid and Asim Henry, the owners of Bayview Kitchen in Amityville, NY, to bring families the Cooking with the Masters Program.
Antoine and Asim are first-generation Americans from Jamaican households where food and music were more than traditions, they were an inheritance. Both chefs graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University and have over 20 years of combined culinary experience. In 2015, they launched Culture Clash Cuisines Inc., a catering company known for bold, globally inspired dishes that blend tradition with innovation. Their journey continued with Bayview Kitchen, a 50-seat luncheonette that reimagines the classic diner with a modern Caribbean twist, offering vibrant flavors and creative menus rooted in Caribbean heritage.
Now, they are sharing their expertise and passion with the community through our hands-on culinary program.
